HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., March. 1, 2025 – February was a month of triumph, as the Tour staff continued their blistering start to the season across the PGA TOUR, DP World Tour, and PGA TOUR Champions. The momentum is undeniable, with Team Srixon making their mark on leaderboards worldwide and finding their way into more players bags across the world.
LEADERBOARD TAKEOVER AT PEBBLE BEACH
The month kicked off with a strong performance at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Staffers Shane Lowry and Sepp Straka battled their way into the final group, setting the stage for another exciting Sunday and the potential to win the tournament. The team didn’t win, but Srixon dominated the leaderboard with four players finishing inside the top 10: Shane Lowry (2nd), Lucas Glover (3rd), Sepp Straka (7th), and Taylor Pendrith in the (9th) position. This event is a testament to the consistency and firepower of the Tour staff and a microcosm of the year so far.
HOLE-IN-ONE HIGHLIGHTS!
Team Srixon celebrated two incredible aces in just three weeks on tour! Shane Lowry set the tone with a hole-in-one at Pebble Beach’s iconic 7th hole, using his RTZ Tour Rack Wedge and Z-STAR XV. Soon after, Keegan Bradley followed suit, acing the par-3 3rd hole at Torrey Pines South with his Z-Forged II PW and Z-STAR ◆ DIAMOND—marking the third ace of his career.
MAN ON THE INSIDE
In this new series, Team Srixon Ambassador Smylie Kaufman takes fans inside the ropes with a "Walk and Talk" alongside Srixon Tour players. The first episode features Nico Echavarria and Andrew Novak at the WM Phoenix Open, now available to watch on YouTube. Throughout the season, Smylie will go in-depth with these players at some of the biggest events on Tour.
MIGUEL ÁNGEL JIMÉNEZ EXTENDS HIS LEGACY ON PGA TOUR CHAMPIONS
The winning ways continued over on the PGA TOUR Champions, where long-time golf ball ambassador Miguel Ángel Jiménez added yet another title to his illustrious career. He won the Trophy Hassan II by two strokes using the all-new Z-STAR ◆ DIAMOND for the first time this season. This marks the 14th PGA TOUR Champions win for Jiménez using a Srixon golf ball. It’s also the second win on the Champions Tour this season, following Ernie Els’ season-opening victory in January.
KRUYSWIJK BREAKS THROUGH ON DP WORLD TOUR
To close out the month, Srixon staffer Jacques Kruyswijk celebrated his maiden DP World Tour title at the Magical Kenya Open. Delivering a masterclass performance on the weekend with back-to-back bogey-free rounds of 64 and 67, Kruyswijk relied on his ZXi7 Irons and RTZ Wedges to separate from the field and ultimately win the tournament by two strokes. This marks the brands’ second DP World Tour victory of 2025, following Alex del Rey’s triumph in January.
