HIDEKI LIGHTS UP HAWAII
Hideki Matsuyama set the tone for the year with a record-breaking performance at the PGA TOUR’s season opener, The Sentry. Matsuyama made history by breaking the all-time scoring record for a tournament, utilizing the brand-new Srixon Z-STAR XV golf ball.

SRIXON WELCOMES NEWEST TOUR STAFFER NICO ECHAVARRIA
The following week at The Sony Open in Hawaii, Srixon had three players finish in the top 10, including newest staff member Nico Echavarria securing a second-place finish after a playoff. The event was Nico’s very first tournament with the new Z-STAR XV and Cleveland Golf RTZ Wedges. Echavarria has spoken to the Tour team at length about how incredible the switch to the Z-STAR XV has been for his golf game.
STRAKA WINS THE AMERICAN EXPRESS FOR THIRD PGA TOUR TITLE
The excitement continued at the American Express, where Srixon staffer Sepp Straka was a man on a mission, earning his third PGA TOUR title in dominating fashion. Brilliant from tee to green, Straka led the field in greens in regulation for the week with a refreshed bag for 2025. The week of the tournament, Sepp switched into a combination set of ZXi7 and ZXi5 Irons, proving to be a great choice! He is also using the new Z-STAR XV golf ball and RTZ Wedges. The win moved Straka into the top 20 in the Official World Golf Rankings.

CHAMPIONS TOUR DOMINANCE
On the PGA TOUR Champions, Ernie Els picked up right where he left off. Coming off a three-win season last year, Els continued his strong play at the Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai, clinching his seventh title using the new Z-STAR XV Tour Yellow golf ball and RTZ Wedges.
Along with Els, 33.3% of the PGA TOUR Champions field use Srixon Irons, making them #1 in Iron count according to Darrell Survey results.
THE WEST COAST SWING STARTS STRONG
Srixon had another close call at the Farmers Insurance Open, where staffer Andrew Novak found himself in a tough battle on Sunday, ultimately finishing in third place. Novak also employed the new RTZ Wedges and switched his golf ball this offseason to the new Z-STAR ◆ DIAMOND to pair with his Srixon Irons. The decision has proven to be beneficial and continues Srixon’s strong presence at the top of the leaderboard to start the season.
LOWRY ACES THE ICONIC 7TH HOLE AT AT&T PEBBLE BEACH PRO-AM
Shane Lowry, using the new RTZ Tour Rack Wedge and Z-STAR XV, ACED the iconic 7th hole at Pebble Beach on Thursday at the AT&T Pro-Am. This is Lowry’s third ace on the PGA TOUR, with the other two coming on the 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass and the 16th hole at Augusta National.
DP WORLD TOUR SUCCESS
On the DP World Tour, Alejandro del Rey continued the winning ways for Team Srixon, capturing his maiden title at the Ras Al Khaimah Championship. Del Rey was dominant over the weekend, cruising to a four-shot victory while equipped with a full bag of new Srixon and Cleveland Golf gear. He now sits in the seventh position in the Race to Dubai Rankings.
